WHO WE ARE

LOADING/UNLOADING SERVICES

We are PFP Logistics, a third-party provider (3PL) that focuses on offering staffing solutions tailored to distributors' shipping and receiving departments across the nation. PFP stands for Pay for Performance, which represents the fixed Production Pay model we offer our customers. This model can be tailored to provide several rate options for controlling your labor expenses. It's designed to match your operation's key performance indicators (KPIs). We specialize in establishing a per-unit rate so you only pay for work that has been completed. Our fixed Production Pay Model motivates our people to move more freight in an efficient and timely manner. This approach helps you accurately project labor costs on a daily, quarterly, or annual basis.

OUR MISSION

With a primary focus on the value of people and maintaining the culture that got us here, PFP strives to set the standard for high-quality service to our customers. This foundation spurs the company's growth, drawing new business and allowing us to retain and attract talent. With an emphasis on teamwork and innovation, we set ourselves apart from the industry standard.
